What we replace

Frequently asked questions
Can you find an equivalent for a discontinued servo drive or motor?
Usually, yes. Send the part number and, if you can, the nameplate details and how the part is used. An engineer will look for a current equivalent with the same mounting, ratings and feedback, or tell you what needs to change if there is no drop-in match.
What if the original part has a long lead time rather than being obsolete?
Tell us the lead time you have been quoted and when you need the part. We will check availability across our supply network and propose alternatives that meet the same specification, with their lead times, so you can choose.
Is there any charge for checking a replacement?
No. The engineering check and recommendation are free and there is no obligation to buy.
