Notes on this data

Every ordering code is rated '3x400/480VAC / 28A', but the datasheet does not say whether 28 A is continuous or peak, so the current fields are left null. Motor supply is listed as 200–480 VAC on the product page. Safety features are Safe Torque Off (-1S) and 'Safe Limited Speed Ready'. The E1400 datasheet is Edition 24.

Specify Motion is not affiliated with NTI AG. LinMot and E1400 (E1400-GP / E1430 / E1450) are used only to identify the product. Comparisons use published figures; always confirm against the current datasheet.

Alternatives that meet or exceed these figures

Engineers often come to us with a LinMot part number and leave with an alternative that is easier to source, quicker to deliver or a better fit for the machine. These series from our supply network is the closest match on published figures.

Kinco drives for linear motors and direct-drive systems on 220 VAC, 3-11 Arms continuous, with pulse inputs up to 4 MHz or EtherCAT.

Figures are the highest published for each series and are not always measured the same way. A higher figure is not automatically a better choice: mounting, duty cycle, feedback, connectors and approvals matter too. An engineer will check the fit against your application before recommending anything.
